David Brady

Experienced military and IT professional with over 35 years of experience leading teams ranging from 5 to over 550 employees. Dave has served as a senior information technology executive responsible for IT strategy, employee development, IT KPIs, IT budget, all legal contracts involving IT, and working with different business units to help them achieve their financial and business objectives. Comfortable making decisions in a rapidly changing business and technology environment having served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a tech startup with responsibility for all strategy, technical architecture, design, and DevOps. Dave has significant experience and expertise developing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions to drive out costs and optimize IT value while building top-performing, customer-focused organizations. His ERP expertise includes implementing JD Edwards and the full suite of SAP S/4HANA. Dave also has applied AI experience that includes AI strategy definition and implementing AI solutions at scale. Experienced in enterprise application integration using a variety of technologies to streamline business processes seamlessly across systems.

Dave is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and he also holds a Masters Degree in Information Systems. His military service includes combat experience as a field artillery officer during Operation Desert Storm and he also deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from 2009 - 2010 as a maneuver battalion commander. Dave retired as a colonel after a distinguished 30 year military career in the U.S. Army and National Guard.

Nick Brady

Nick has spent more than a decade building and operating production software, much of it in early-stage companies where he owned every product and architecture decision. Since 2019 he has been the founding Chief Technology Officer of Natrx, a nature-tech company, where he built and leads an engineering and data science team of eight-plus across geospatial analytics, AI systems, platform engineering, and manufacturing automation. He is the primary architect of Natrx Assess, Natrx's custom GIS software platform for large-scale satellite shoreline change analysis, and has managed multiple six-figure projects from scoping through close that utilized it, as both project lead and core technical contributor, for partners including Conservation International, the North Carolina Coastal Federation, and the Nature Conservancy. He also designed and built the production manufacturing systems behind Natrx's products, both the electromechanical equipment and the software that runs it, which have brought in eight figures in revenue.

Before Natrx, Nick was a partner at a consulting firm serving Fortune 500 clients on data infrastructure and platform modernization. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
